We are excited to announce that as of March 7th we will be allowing clients to attend their pet’s appointment. Due to our renovations, the reception and waiting area will remain closed at this time so all food/medication pickup will remain curbside.
Masking is optional, however, if you are feeling unwell we ask that another designated person attend your pet’s appointment or that you call the clinic to reschedule.
All food/medication pickup, nail trim, and bloodwork appointments will still remain curbside until further notice. You can also sign up for our webstore to have food delivered right to your door. Curbside appointments will still be offered as an option for clients who prefer this method.
Upon your arrival at our clinic please remain in your vehicle and call us at 519-885-1200 or check in virtually with our app for further direction from our team.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate our reopening. We also ask that you please be kind and patient with our staff while we continue to operate in a way that provides balance to patient care and client satisfaction.
