Dr. Imada has wanted to be a vet since he could draw (His parents framed a drawing he made in grade 2 depicting himself as a veterinarian). He attended the University of Guelph for animal biology and then went on to continue his education at the Ontario Veterinary College. Dr. Imada graduated in 2013 and commenced practicing in Whitby Ontario, slowly moving eastward ending in Kingston ON. In 2017 he moved back to Guelph to do his Masters (and hopefully PhD) in epidemiology at OVC while working part time at Parkdale Animal Hospital. He participated in veterinary outreach programs in Guatemala and has completed courses in veterinary acupuncture. Dr. Imada enjoys his time at Parkdale Animal Hospital helping the furry friends and getting to know the wonderful clients. In his spare time he enjoys reading, camping and spending time with his dog Ellie.
