What can you expect from us?
Respect
We understand your time is valuable, and we will do our best to stay on schedule. If there are any unexpected delays, we will keep you informed. We also respect your decisions when it comes to your pet’s care, offering options that fit your budget and preferences.
Transparency
We will always be honest with you about recommended treatments, never suggesting anything unnecessary. We’ll provide various options so you can make the best decision for you and your pet.
Commitment
We are committed to providing the best possible care, even when making a diagnosis or treatment plan isn’t straightforward. This may include consulting other doctors, referring to specialists, or transferring to a tertiary care hospital.
What can we expect from you?
Respect
While emotions can run high when it comes to your pet’s health, we expect all interactions with our team to remain respectful. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated, and you may be asked to seek care elsewhere. Please also respect our time by notifying us if you’ll be more than 10 minutes late for an appointment or need to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
Payment
We will provide estimated costs beforehand whenever possible, and payment is due at the time of service. Payment plan options may be available through a third-party provider, subject to their approval process.
