Upon your arrival for your appointment, our receptionist will be the friendly face to greet you and check both you and your furry friend in. Your pet will be expertly weighed, and then, with a sprinkle of enthusiasm, you’ll be ushered into our examination room. Here, you’ll meet either one of our talented Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT) or a Technician Assistant (TA) who, alongside the veterinarian, will dive into a complete history of your pet.
We believe in clear communication, so get ready for some friendly questions. This ensures that everyone involved in your pet’s care has a crystal-clear understanding of what’s going on. When you meet with our Doctor, expect a thorough examination of your pet, a chance to have all your questions answered, and collaborative planning for any necessary diagnostics or treatments to keep your pet in their best health.
Once your pet’s treatment plan is set and the Doctor has worked their magic, a RVT or TA will step in with further educational tidbits and answers to any routine wellness and care questions you might have. They’ll also take care of your billing, and before you know it, your next appointment will be seamlessly booked.
