Operations and Sustainability Manager
They are responsible for supporting and leading our veterinary and support staff, helping maintain a positive and collaborative team environment, and assisting with hiring, training, and performance development.
This role also acts as a point of contact for client concerns, ensuring clear communication and a high level of care and service.
Behind the scenes, the Operations & Sustainability Manager oversees key areas of the hospital including scheduling, inventory, systems, marketing initiatives, and community involvement—helping us deliver efficient, high-quality care while continuously improving the client and patient experience.
Office Manager
They lead and support our Client Care team through hiring, training, and scheduling, while also helping maintain clear and effective communication with our clients. This includes overseeing appointments, digital communication, and ensuring all client-facing areas are comfortable and well maintained.
Behind the scenes, the Office Manager manages payroll, staff benefits, clinic supplies, and financial processes, while also supporting clinic systems and technology. With a strong focus on organization, teamwork, and client experience, this role helps ensure the hospital operates efficiently while delivering high-quality service and care.
Clinical Operations Lead
They are responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting team members, while fostering a positive, collaborative, and efficient work environment. The Clinical Operations Lead also helps manage day-to-day clinic flow, ensuring our patients receive high-quality, compassionate care.
Behind the scenes, this role oversees inventory, supports regulatory compliance, and looks for ways to improve both the client and patient experience. They also act as a main point of contact for team-related questions or concerns.
With a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement, the Clinical Operations Lead helps ensure we consistently deliver the high standard of care our clients and patients expect.
Veterinarian
They build strong relationships with clients by clearly communicating medical findings, treatment options, and preventive care recommendations. This includes conducting thorough examinations, developing treatment plans, and supporting pet owners in making informed decisions about their pet’s health.
Behind the scenes, the Veterinarian collaborates with the team to maintain accurate medical records, uphold medical standards, and support a smooth workflow throughout the hospital. With a strong focus on compassion, teamwork, and quality medicine, this role helps ensure every patient and client receives exceptional care and service.
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Our Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) are an essential part of your pet’s care team. Working closely with our veterinarians, they help provide hands-on medical care and ensure every patient is comfortable, safe, and well cared for during their visit or stay with us.
RVTs assist with a wide range of procedures, including exams, diagnostics, anesthesia, surgery, and dental care. They also perform laboratory testing, take radiographs, administer medications, and closely monitor patients throughout treatment and recovery.
Beyond their technical skills, RVTs play an important role in supporting our clients—offering guidance, answering questions, and helping you understand your pet’s health and treatment plan.

Veterinary Assistant (VA)
VAs assist with handling and caring for patients, preparing for procedures, running basic lab tests, and maintaining a clean, organized hospital environment. They also help ensure smooth communication within the team and support the overall flow of the clinic.
With a strong focus on compassion, teamwork, and attention to detail, our Veterinary Assistants help create a positive experience for both pets and their families.
Client Care Specialist (CCS)
Client Care Specialists manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and follow-ups, while also handling phone calls, emails, and online requests. They help guide clients through services, treatment plans, and payment options, ensuring everything is clearly communicated and processed accurately.
Behind the scenes, they maintain patient records, assist with insurance and documentation, and help keep the front of the clinic organized, clean, and running efficiently. With a strong focus on compassion, organization, and attention to detail, our Client Care Specialists help ensure every visit is a seamless and supportive experience for both pets and their families.
Kennel Attendant
Their responsibilities include caring for hospitalized pets—such as taking them outside for walks and ensuring their comfort—as well as maintaining cleanliness throughout the clinic. This includes laundry, dishes, cleaning exam rooms and kennels, restocking supplies, and assisting with general clinic duties.
With a strong attention to detail and a love for animals, our Kennel Attendants help create a clean, calm, and welcoming environment for all pets and their families.
